We are always happy to accept new dealer applications from qualified retailers and would like to thank you in advance for your interest. To become an Authorized Sta-Tru Wheels (STW) Dealer and establish an account with us, you need to be an independent bicycle dealer or have a retail store front selling and servicing bicycles and related parts and accessories.
Please note that we also require faxed or emailed copies of the following documents to complete our account review.
Copy of your Resale Certificate or CA Sales Tax Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of your business license for the sale and/or repair of bicycles
Copy of Proof of Liability Insurance for your business
Completed and signed application. We will also need the names of all owners of the business in the appropriately marked spaces (if applicable)

Important Notes: Sta-Tru’s terms of purchase are payment via authorized credit card, Paypal or company check prior to shipment. [At this time we are not able to offer extended credit terms.] All accounts must have a physical retail operation through which the business serves its customers face-to-face during regular retail hours. Sorry, we do not accept applications from businesses that generate sales solely from mail order or the web.
